Learn more about Your Healer
About Samantha…..
I am delighted that you have chosen me as your therapist. I have over a decade of experience in the field. I have worked in various settings (inpatient, outpatient, residential, school, collegiate, military base, etc.) until I finally found a way to service everyone in one space, without limits.
My approach is very blended and centered around the 8 dimensions of wellness. For years, I was trying to find out how to get to a sense of wholeness (for myself and my clients), but I was doing it wrong. When I became more open and less rigid, I implemented the 8 dimensions of wellness into my life. That is when things finally started to fall into place. Now I use this in my approach to healing others.
During our sessions, we will develop a collaborative relationship where we work on any presiding issues that you have. This will allow you to really dig deep within yourself to gain a better understanding of your self-awareness. Note, that we will establish the best goals for your treatment, develop a plan for achieving these goals, and work closely to ensure these goals are achieved. I look forward to working with you!
Samantha Bell, LCMHC, NCC, CHt
I believe that we carry generational issues and wounds that show up present day. These past burdens can hinder us in ways we do not believe. This type of healing, at the cellular and soul level, requires doing some deep digging and shadow work. I blend traditional therapies like CBT, mindfulness, and family systems (parts work) with holistic therapies like EFT tapping, energy psychology, breathwork and hypnotherapy.
For those that desire a spiritual connection, I incorporate this into my sessions. I believe that we can find Spirit in ALL things and in every religion. Due to this, I do not subscribe to one religion because I feel that we can learn bits and pieces from each. I use aspects from all around the world in my sessions, and I let Spirit tell me what is the best fit for you.
I show up in my sessions as a person. I use my personal, professional and spiritual knowledge to assist you on your journey. Some sessions we are going to laugh, cry, scream and pray but each one we will release and heal. Whatever suits the issue and need in the moment, we will go there. I just always ask for you to meet me halfway.

A Little Bit About Me
-
Vegetarian
I have been a vegetarian for almost two years. I started out fasting for spiritual purposes and the way my body felt after one week made me stick to better food choices. I do not eat any meat whatsoever. It was not easy at first, but I am thankful I did it. My body and mind are more in sync.
Fun Fact: I enjoy trying new vegan and vegetarian dishes and restaurants. I typically take a favorite dish and try to recreate it at home. I have lost several pounds since going plant based.

World Traveler
I love to travel and travel a few times a year. You can find me at different casinos on the slots, vacationing at the beach with my family, or cruising and traveling to an island with my girls and besties. Traveling allows me to reset and break away from the day to day.
Fun Fact: Before covid, I went on 2 - 3 cruises a year. I love cruising, the beach and exploring new places overall. It is something about traveling that just frees and resets my soul. I took this pic in Costa Rica on my 40th.

Yorkie Dog Mom
I am a dog mom of a yorkie. My yorkie's name is Ace. He is energetic and loves to do the praying hands pose. He loves to pout when he does not get his way. But he loves hugs, ear rubs and blankets. Overall he is a sweet, loving, active boy that keeps me going. If he is not following you, that definitely means he is up to something.
Fun Fact: I discovered Ace is actually a snorkie almost a year after having him.

Southern Girl
In 2024, I left the only home I knew in Fayetteville, NC and moved to Tucson, AZ. Spirit told me for years that this was where I was meant to be for my gifts and services. It took my world turning upside down for me to take the leap. I have been here and I love it!
Fun Fact: Moving was the best thing that ever happened to and for me. I never imagined a southern girl like me in the desert, but I enjoy being a Tucson foodie and exploring the area.
“Healing may not be so much about getting better,
as about letting go of everything that isn't you
– all of the expectations, all of the beliefs –
and becoming who you are”
