Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy sessions are designed for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Meetings are typically held weekly or bi-weekly and are tailored to each person’s unique needs and presenting concerns.

During our time together, I combine my personal experiences with my professional expertise to support you in reaching a place of whole healing. The work can feel heavy at times, but with the right mindset and dedication, we will move through the rough patches and find balance.

My intention is to walk alongside you through your healing process with clarity, compassion, and structure.

These sessions follow a traditional therapy structure while integrating evidence-informed methods. I blend behavioral, cognitive, and family therapies with mind-body approaches such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, and breath-based regulation.

Together, we will:

  • Develop a collaborative therapeutic relationship

  • Identify the issues you’re currently facing

  • Establish meaningful treatment goals

  • Create a plan to work toward those goals

  • Deepen your self-awareness and sense of inner stability
