Reiki Level I introduces you to the world of Reiki — a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural healing abilities. This level focuses on self-healing and teaches the foundations of Reiki energy work.

In this class, you will:

  • Learn the history and origins of Reiki

  • Understand the body’s energy system (chakras + the aura)

  • Receive the Level I Reiki attunement

  • Learn hand positions for self-healing and treating others

  • Practice giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive space

  • Explore Reiki ethics and how to incorporate Reiki into daily life

This class is ideal for anyone seeking personal healing, spiritual development, or an introduction to energy medicine.
Upon completion, you will receive a Reiki Level I certificate.

Reiki Level I

Foundations of Energy Healing

Reiki Level II expands your healing abilities and strengthens your connection to universal life-force energy. It is designed for those who have completed Level I and are ready to deepen their skills.

In this class, you will:

  • Receive the Level II attunement

  • Learn and practice three sacred Reiki symbols for:

    • Mental/emotional healing

    • Distance healing

    • Power enhancement

  • Explore sending Reiki across time and space

  • Build intuitive awareness and confidence

  • Practice giving Reiki using symbols and advanced techniques

Reiki Level II is often considered the practitioner level, offering tools to work more deeply with clients.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level I certification
Includes: Manual, attunement, certificate, hands-on practice

Reiki Level II

Deepening the Healing Journey

Reiki Level III — the Master Level — is for those who feel called to deepen their spiritual path and healing abilities. This level focuses on mastery, advanced energy work, and embodying Reiki as a way of life.

In this class, you will:

  • Receive the Master-level attunement

  • Learn the Master symbol and its uses

  • Explore advanced techniques for energy clearing & deep healing

  • Strengthen intuitive connection and sensitivity

  • Reflect on the Reiki principles as a spiritual path

  • Practice giving and receiving Reiki with the Master symbol

This level supports your evolution as a Reiki Master.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level II certification
Includes: Master attunement, manual, certificate, guided practice

Reiki Level III

Mastery & Spiritual Integration
